As part of the Centenary celebration work will be undertaken to remove the steps and level the ground surrounding the grotto in the church grounds. Paving will be used in place of the existing concrete. Parishoners and friends are invited to support by sponsoring a paving (stone). It is hoped that surplus donations will be raised that will provide much needed funds to assist in finishing the building the church of Soa Felix do Xingu in the Amazon region of Brazil. The parish priest in Soa Felix , Fr Giuseppe Borghesi (Fr Joe), has a long association with our parish.
